目的:对扁平化管理在妇科临床护理中的实施效果进行探讨分析。方法:在绍兴市人民医院妇科病区实施扁平化管理模式,对患者的护理工作分为护士长和责任护士两个层级,每2名护士负责20名患者,明确护理职责,优化护理服务,使患者得到完整、连贯、优质的护理服务。随机选取2015年12月~2016年10月在绍兴市人民医院妇科临床护理实施扁平化管理后的住院患者150例为观察组,2013年5月~2014年5月扁平化管理实施前妇科住院患者150例为对照组,比较两组患者对我科护理服务满意度、对医嘱依从性、平均住院时间、医患纠纷发生率。结果:通过对两组患者比较,观察组患者满意度、医嘱依从性明显高于对照组,观察组患者医疗纠纷发生率、平均住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科病区采用扁平化护理管理模式,可以显著提高患者对护理的满意度及对医嘱的依从性,同时能有效缩短患者平均住院时间,减少医患纠纷,为提高患者的临床疗效提供了强有力的保障。扁平化护理管理模式在妇科临床护理中具有积极的意义。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of flat management in gynecological clinical nursing. Methods: The flat management mode was implemented in the gynecological ward of Shaoxing People’s Hospital. The nursing work was divided into two levels: the head nurses and the responsible nurses. Each 2 nurses were responsible for 20 patients, clarified nursing responsibilities and optimized nursing services. Patients receive complete, consistent and quality care services. Randomly selected from December 2015 to October 2016 in Shaoxing City People’s Hospital of gynecology clinical nursing implementation of flat management of hospitalized patients 150 cases for the observation group, May 2013 ~ May 2014 flat management implementation of gynecological inpatients 150 cases as control group, comparing the two groups of patients to my department nursing service satisfaction, compliance with the doctor’s advice, the average length of stay, the incidence of doctor-patient disputes. Results: By comparing the two groups of patients, satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of medical disputes and the average length of stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The flat nursing management mode in gynecological ward can significantly improve patient satisfaction with care and adherence to medical orders, and meanwhile shorten the average length of hospital stay, reduce the disputes between doctors and patients, and improve the clinical efficacy of patients A strong guarantee. Flat nursing management model in gynecological clinical nursing has a positive meaning.
