本文通过概述国家宏观政策与分析我国农村养老保险发展的现状的基础之上,提出现阶段构建我国新型农村养老保险制度的必要性,并结合苏南模式等典型试点地区,试述我国新型农村养老保险制度发展趋势与政策建议。
Based on the overview of the national macroeconomic policy and the analysis of the status quo of the development of rural endowment insurance in our country, this paper puts forward the necessity of constructing the new type of rural endowment insurance system at this stage. Combining with the typical pilot areas like the South Jiangsu Model, Insurance System Development Trend and Policy Suggestions.
