目的探讨TDG在内异症中的表达作用,为内异症的研究提出新的思路和方法。方法采用蛋白免疫印迹法测定TDG在23例内异症异位内膜和在位内膜及23例非内异症对照组内膜的蛋白表达。结果 TDG在内异症的异位、在位及对照内膜中均有表达,且蛋白表达量分别为(0.412±0.083,0.366±0.062,0.315±0.069),蛋白表达量均逐渐降低,差别有统计学意义。TDG在异位内膜中的表达量明显高于在位内膜,0.412±0.083 vs 0.366±0.062(P=0.035);TDG在在位内膜中的表达量明显高于对照内膜,0.366±0.062 vs 0.315±0.069(P=0.019);TDG在异位内膜中的表达量明显高于对照内膜,0.412±0.083 vs 0.315±0.069(P<0.001)。结论 TDG在内异症患者中的表达明显增高,表明TDG可能在内异症发生和发展过程中起重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of TDG in endometriosis and to propose new ideas and methods for the study of endometriosis. Methods Western blotting was used to determine the protein expression of TDG in the endometrium of 23 cases of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and 23 cases of non-endometriosis control group. Results TDG was expressed in the ectopic, eutopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis, and the protein expression levels were (0.412 ± 0.083,0.366 ± 0.062,0.315 ± 0.069), the protein expression levels were gradually decreased, the difference was Statistical significance. The expression of TDG in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium, 0.412 ± 0.083 vs 0.366 ± 0.062 (P = 0.035). The expression level of TDG in eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in control endometrium and 0.366 ± 0.062 vs 0.315 ± 0.069 (P = 0.019). The expression of TDG in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in control endometrium, 0.412 ± 0.083 vs 0.315 ± 0.069 (P <0.001). Conclusion The expression of TDG in patients with endometriosis was significantly increased, indicating that TDG may play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
