网络时代把人们特别是广大青少年学生的业余时间束缚在电脑或手机屏幕前。网络聊天,电子游戏成了他们生活中的重要内容,一再挤占了学生们进行体育锻炼的时间和空间,严重影响了青少年的身心发展和健康,加强青少年的体质锻炼刻不容缓。
Internet age to the people, especially the vast majority of young students bound to spare time in front of the computer or mobile phone screen. Internet chatting and video games have become an important part of their lives. They have repeatedly taken up time and space for students to exercise physically and psychologically. This has seriously affected the mental and physical development and health of adolescents. It is imperative to step up their physical workout.
