公立医院作为政府的管理下属机构主要建立在非盈利的基础上,具有一定的公益性,同时也是国家的重点建设对象。而现今时代的发展促进了我国经济以及人们生活水平不断提高,在这种大背景下就医状况成为了社会大众关注的焦点,公立医院的实际运营状况也成为了百姓们热议的话题,因而在公立医院中推行有效的财务绩效管理不仅仅是能够较好的促进医院的长远发展同时也可以拉近医院和百姓之间的距离,本文基于此就公立医院中进行绩效评价的概念以及构建意义进行着手分析,在此基础上探析其绩效评价体系的构建的主体内容以及相应的方法,以期为后续关于公立医院的研究提供理论上的参考依据。
Public hospitals as the government’s management subordinate institutions are mainly based on the non-profit basis, have a certain public benefit, but also the country’s key construction objects. However, the development of our times has promoted the continuous improvement of our economy and people’s living standards. In this context, the medical condition has become the focus of public attention. The actual operation of public hospitals has also become a hot topic for the public. The effective financial performance management in public hospitals is not only to promote the long-term development of hospitals, but also to narrow the distance between hospitals and people. Based on this, the concept of performance evaluation in public hospitals and the significance of its construction Proceed with the analysis, on this basis to explore the main content of the performance evaluation system and the corresponding methods, with a view to provide theoretical reference for the follow-up study on public hospitals.
