在维修车辆时发现,车辆的发动机部分零部件出现不同程度的损坏,对此,根据我们的经验谈一谈以修复为主修理发动机的方法。1.气缸盖(1)气门过梁裂纹此裂纹一般是由于应力过大而造成。所以,当裂纹出现后,应力已基本消除,这就保证新的裂纹不会出现,可采用加热减应焊修法。焊前将缸盖预热到600℃左右,在400℃以上施焊,焊后在650~700℃保温缓冷,采用铸铁填充料。该方法适用于铸铁缸盖,对铝合金缸盖气门过梁裂纹也可以焊,但焊接工艺比较复杂。
