《住宅与房地产》杂志创刊于1992年,是经国家新闻出版总署批准,国内外公开发行的专业性权威期刊。自2017年1月起,为了更好地响应中央大力发展绿色建筑、装配式建筑的国家战略,更好地配合地方做好相关领域的宣传工作,《住宅与房地产》杂志中旬刊转型为以装配式建筑、绿色建筑为主的行业刊物,刊物定名为《新营造》,由深圳市建设科技促进中心作为出品单位,深圳市建筑产业化协会等单位联合出品。为了更好地呈现行业发展状态,集众智共同推进行业发展,现征集
