徐矿集团作为全国煤炭企业65家、江苏省企业67家之一单位被列入全国“千家企业节能行动”名单,并于2006年7月与江苏省人民政府签订了节能目标责任书。节能目标责任书明确规定徐矿集团在“十一五”期间要完成5万t标准煤节能量;万元产值能耗下降20%以上;同时完成2个以上重点节能项目。为此,徐矿集团将指标进行了分解,集团公司董事长与各基层单位领导签订了“十一五”期间节能目标责任书,要求各部门必须完成节能目标责任书中规定的目标任务。
As one of the 65 coal enterprises in the country and 67 in Jiangsu Province, Xu Mine Group has been included in the list of “Thousand Enterprises Energy-saving Action” in China. In July 2006, Xu Mining Group signed the energy-saving target responsibility letter with Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government. Energy-saving target account clearly stipulates Xu Mining Group in the “Eleventh Five-Year” period to be completed 50,000 t standard coal energy savings; 10,000 yuan output value of energy consumption fell by more than 20%; at the same time to complete more than 2 key energy-saving projects. To this end, Xu Mining Group has decomposed the indicators, the chairman of the group and the leadership of grass-roots units signed the “Eleventh Five-Year” period energy-saving responsibility of the target book, requiring all departments must complete the energy-saving target responsibility specified in the responsibility of the book.
