从天然材料改性产物、合成材料两方面,就近两年来国内钻井液处理剂的研究及应用情况进行了介绍。从近期的研究看,在天然材料改性处理剂方面主要涉及淀粉、木质素、腐殖酸、玉米秸秆的改性;在合成材料方面,烯类单体聚合物处理剂研究最多,且主要是AMPS与其他单体的共聚物。合成材料包括合成聚合物和其他改性处理剂,合成聚合物包括阴离子型聚合物和两性离子聚合物,其他处理剂包括防塌抑制剂、润滑剂、发泡剂、堵漏剂、油基钻井液处理剂。油基钻井液处理剂的快速发展使国内钻井液处理剂由以水基钻井液为主逐步向水基、油基钻井液处理剂并重迈进。今后处理剂研究的重点是新材料研发、成果转化,并充分利用生物质资源,开发绿色高效的钻井液处理剂,加快处理剂转化与推广,探索树形聚合物处理剂开发,提高处理剂研究的针对性和适用性,以促进钻井液技术进步。
