目的:探讨用液态氮冷冻治疗尖税湿疣的临床疗效,方法:选取我院2009年2月至2012年1月治疗尖锐湿疣患者88例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组48例,两组患者均采用液态氮冷冻治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上再行中药中服,坐浴治疗,结果:两组患者在连续治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:液态氮冷冻治疗后再行中药中服,坐浴治疗尖锐湿疣疗效满意,值得在临床推广.
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of treating frozen warts with liquid nitrogen, Methods: 88 patients with condylomata acuminatum treated in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 48) The patients in the treatment group were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. The patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and bath treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results: There was significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups after continuous treatment : Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy after the Chinese medicine service, bath treatment of condyloma acuminatum satisfactory results, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
