工会财务工作作为工会整体工作的重要组成部分,是工会有效开展各项活动的基础,对工会的发展起着举足轻重的作用。创新是一个国家发展的不竭动力,也是工会财务工作永葆青春的源泉。随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,工会财务工作也将迈入新的历史发展时期。我们一定要做好新时期工会财务的创新工作,以跟随社会及经济发展的进程。本文将对我国工会财务工作的作用和存在问题进行深入探析,并在此基础上提出新时期的工会财务工作创新思路与方法,以期为完善和创新工会财务工作体制提供建设性参考建议。
As an important part of the overall work of trade unions, trade union financial work is the basis for effectively carrying out all activities of trade unions and plays an important role in the development of trade unions. Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the development of a country. It is also a source of eternal youth in the financial work of trade unions. With the rapid development of social economy in our country, trade union financial work will also enter a new period of historical development. We must do a good job in innovating the financial affairs of trade unions in the new period in order to follow the process of social and economic development. This article will deeply analyze the function and existing problems of the trade union’s financial work in our country, and on this basis, put forward the innovative ideas and methods of the trade union’s financial work in the new period with a view to providing constructive references for improving and innovating the financial work system of the trade union.
