In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have conducted some research on Tremella and found that it has the role of promoting liver protein synthesis, radiation resistance, and anti-tumor effects. In this experiment, the experimental study of tumor prevention of yeast Tremella species prepared by deep fermentation was conducted. Before transplantation of tumor cells in Kunming mice, each animal was injected intraperitoneally with Tremella fuciformis preparation 4 mg×4 (at intervals of 3 days for each injection), and ascites-type liver cancer cells that grew 7 days after the last administration were intraperitoneally injected with 1×10-6 cells. One/only, from the 7th day to the 16th day after inoculation of tumor cells, the abdominal circumference of the tumor-bearing mice in the Tremella prophylaxis group was significantly smaller than that of the control group, indicating that the Tremella preparation can reduce ascites in the tumor-bearing mice.
