按法组方结果表明 :该药能明显提高老年性痴呆动物模型 (SAM -P/ 8小鼠 )脑组织Na+-K+-ATP、Ca2 +-ATP酶活性。结论 :提示该药能通过提高脑组织中Na+-K+-ATP、Ca2 +-ATP酶活性而发挥防治老年性痴呆的作用
According to the results of the formula, the drug can significantly increase the activity of Na+-K+-ATP and Ca2+-ATPase in the brain tissue of senile dementia animal model (SAM-P/8 mouse). Conclusion: It is suggested that the drug can play a role in preventing and treating senile dementia by increasing the activity of Na+-K+-ATP and Ca2+-ATPase in brain tissue.
