电位序在镁和铜之间的金属元素硝酸盐,它在热分解时,生成相应的金属氧化物、二氧化氮和氧气。如: 在加热Pb(NO_3)_2固体时,从试管里可见到红棕色气体NO_2。一般用带火星的木条通入管口,如木条复燃,说明有氧气放出。 而NO_2气体既具有红棕色,又具有强氧化性,它跟氧气一样,能使带火星的木条复燃。故在检验生成的氧气之前,必须将二氧化氮除去。仅用带火星的木条通入管口来证明有氧气放出,是不严谨的。为此,我对该项演示实验作了如下改进。
Potentiation sequence of the metal nitrate between the magnesium and copper, when it is thermally decomposed, produces the corresponding metal oxides, nitrogen dioxide and oxygen. For example: When heating Pb(NO 3 ) 2 solids, red brown gas NO 2 can be seen from the test tube. Normally, wood strips with Mars are used to open the nozzles. If the wood strips reappear, it indicates that oxygen is emitted. The NO 2 gas has both a reddish-brown color and a strong oxidizing property. Like oxygen, it can re-ignite a wooden strip with Mars. Therefore, nitrogen dioxide must be removed before the generated oxygen is examined. It is not rigorous to use only a wooden strip with Mars to prove the release of oxygen. For this reason, I made the following improvements to this demonstration experiment.
