通过《新课改中高中生物教学中存在的问题》课题研究开展的调查发现,针对北师大版高中生物教材中没有验证或探究酶的专一性实验这一事实,多数被调查者都认为需要在教学中或教材中增加。对此,笔者查阅了相关资料和文献,最终建议设计相关实验用于教学。实验采用单一变量的原则共设置了4个组,实验中分别利用淀粉溶液和蔗糖溶液为底物,唾液淀粉酶作为催化剂,通过利用斐林试剂检测4组试管中的颜色变化来确定底物是否被分解,从而达到帮助学生认识、理解酶具有专一性的目的。
A survey conducted in the “Studies in Problems in the New Curriculum Reforms in Biology Teaching in Senior High Schools” found that the majority of respondents believe that there is no specific experiment for verifying or exploring enzymes in the Beijing Normal University biological textbooks for senior high school students. Need to increase in teaching or teaching materials. In this regard, the author consulted relevant materials and literature, and finally suggested designing related experiments for teaching. In the experiment, four groups were set up using the principle of single variable. In the experiment, starch solution and sucrose solution were used as substrates, and saliva amylase was used as a catalyst. It was determined whether the substrate was detected by using the Filin reagent to detect the color change in the 4 groups of test tubes. It is broken down to help students understand and understand the specificity of the enzyme.
