目的 探讨上颌单颌拔牙矫治安氏II类 1分类错的疗效、适应证和临床意义。方法 对 14例安氏II类 1分类错患者采用上颌单颌拔牙模式进行矫治 ,将矫治前后的X线头影测量数据进行对比。结果 ① 1-FH角减少 11.0 3° ,1-MP角增加 3.0 7° ;②下颌综合长度增加 3.30mm ;③上、下唇突度分别减小 2 .6 5mm和 1.6 4mm。上述测量项目矫治前、后的均值之间 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 上颌单颌拔牙模式适用于下切牙唇倾度和下唇突度较小的牙源性安氏II类 1分类错患者
Objective To investigate the curative effect, indications and clinical significance of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with maxillary single maxillary extraction. Methods Fourteen patients with Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion were treated with maxillary single-jaw extraction. The X-cephalometric data before and after treatment were compared. Results ① The angle of 1-FH was reduced by 11.0 ° and the angle of 1-MP was increased by 3.07 °. ② The length of the mandibular complex was increased by 3.30mm. ③ The protrusion of upper and lower lip decreased by 2.6mm and 1.6 4mm respectively. The mean of the measurement items before and after the treatment, the difference was significant (P <0. 05 ~ 0. 0 0 1). Conclusions Maxillary single-jaw extraction is suitable for patients with odontogenic Class II Division 1 malocclusion with lower lip inclinations and lower labial protrusion
