“乌当楼市的走势与乌当人近两年的辛苦努力分不开”。不久前一个上午,在乌当区政府的一间办公室里,分管城建的副区长龙永平用简洁睿智的语言为我们道出了乌当楼市厚积薄发、后来居上的奥秘。城市主干道网的建设撬动市场交通,历来被社会学家称之为激活区域经济的大动脉。2000年,贵阳市城市总体规划获国务院批复,在这个规划上乌当区一改过去农业区的定位.被定位为城市的次中心区。乌当区当时的交通和城市建设现状与这一定位相距甚远.落后的交通已成为严重制约乌当经济和楼市发展的”瓶颈”因素。

The current traffic and urban construction status quo in Wudang District was far away from this positioning, and the backward traffic has become a “bottleneck” factor that seriously hindered the economic development of Wudang and the development of the property market.
