蒿甲醚系青蒿素经还原并甲基化的产物,比青蒿素对疟疾的治疗更有高效,速效,复发率低和使用方便的特点,本文报告了用放射免疫分析法测定蒿甲醚在正常人体内的药代动力学的结果,表明该药最高血药峰浓度随剂量的增大而升高,达峰时间也随剂量的增大而延长峰后血浓度的半衰期亦随之延长。利用所测得的血药浓度计算得到的有关药代动力学的参数对Ⅱ期临床血药水平的测定及指导临床用药有实际意义。
The artemether-reduced and methylated products of artemisinin are more efficient, quicker, less recurring, and easier to use than artemisinin in the treatment of malaria. This article reports the use of radioimmunoassay to determine artemisinin. The pharmacokinetics of ether in a normal human body indicates that the highest plasma peak concentration of the drug increases with increasing dose, and peak time also increases with increasing dose. Peak half-life of blood concentration also follows extend. The parameters related to pharmacokinetics calculated using the measured blood drug concentrations have practical significance for the determination of phase II clinical blood drug levels and for guiding clinical drug use.
