随着测试技术的不断发展和电子计算机在气阀计算上的应用,无论从实测或计算都表明阀片在工作时冲击升程限制器的速度和应力大于冲击阀座的速度和应力。因而阀片撞击升程限制器时的速度则是影响寿命的重要因素之一。气垫阀由于它本身的结构特点,有效地缓冲了阀片对升程限制器的撞击,降低了其冲击速度。我们在我厂生产的2D16-12.9/16-54型天然气压缩机上对气垫阀和普通阀进行了对比试验,分别测试了气垫阀和普通阀的阀片运动规律和阀片动态应力,并进行了理论分析和计算,发现气垫阀阀片撞击升程限制器的平均速度和应力比普通阀减小了一倍左右,瞬时速度还要更低一些。
