鞍钢三高炉从1963年8月至11月进行了喷吹重油试验。主要目的是掌握近代喷吹技术,研究喷油的经济效果,确定合适的喷吹数量,同时寻求合理的喷吹流程与设备,并通过试验摸索一套适于我们具体情况的操作制度。试验期按油量不同共进行四个阶段,各阶段原燃料稳定,炉况顺行,试验结果基本可靠。一、基本情况 1.试验在三高炉上进行,试验期间风口直径12个130
Anshan Iron and Steel blast furnace from August 1963 to November carried out heavy oil injection test.
