现代社会对女孩的青春期教育越来越完善了,女孩的妈妈、老师及身边的长辈都会有意或无意地对其进行青春期性教育。而对于男孩的青春期教育,都是比较薄弱的,不少男生缺乏正确的青春期心理卫生知识。男孩进入青春期,大多都会为遗精而羞涩、紧张和不安。正如周恩来总理所说:“要在女孩子来月经之前,男孩子发生首次遗精之前,把科学的性卫生知识告诉他们。”因此,帮助青少年正确认识遗精现象,消除心理障碍,显得十分重要。
Adolescent education for girls in modern society is getting more and more perfect. Girls’ moms, teachers and elders around them will have their puberty education intentionally or unintentionally. And for boys, adolescent education is relatively weak, many boys lack the correct knowledge of adolescent mental health. When boys enter adolescence, most of them are shy, nervous and restless for nocturnal emission. As Premier Chou En-lai said: “Before the girls come to menstruation, boys should have their sexual health knowledge informed before they first spermatorrhea.” Therefore, it is very important to help young people to correctly understand the phenomenon of spermatorrhea and eliminate psychological barriers .
