近几年,随着我国医疗卫生事业改革的不断推进,医院的经济管理面临新的挑战和压力,这也给医院的经营管理提出了更高要求。如何打造适应医院发展,提高医院经济管理水平的人才队伍是一个必须解决的重大问题。本文结合笔者自身在医院多年从事行政、人事、教育管理的实际工作体会,就新形势下医院经济管理人才的培养作简要阐述。
In recent years, with the continuous reform of the medical and health undertaking in our country, the economic management of the hospital is facing new challenges and pressures, which also puts higher demands on the operation and management of the hospital. How to build a contingent of qualified personnel to adapt to the development of the hospital and improve the economic management of the hospital is a major issue that must be solved. This article combines the author’s own practical experience of administration, personnel and education management in the hospital for many years, and briefly elaborates the training of hospital economic management talents in the new situation.
