一、研修依据常州市金坛区的初中语文教师有300名左右,分布于全区20所中学。他们均获得本科学历,每人每年均参加区、市、省级培训并达到规定课时。然而,在师资队伍中,只有2名特级教师、1名常州市学科带头人、6名常州市骨干教师。很显然,这与语文教师的总人数不成比例。参加本站研修的30名学员,都来自于乡村中学,大多从工作到现在就在一所中学任教,而这些学校的语文组最多的也只有10名教师,少的只有4名,
First, the training basis Jintan District, Changzhou Junior high school language teachers have about 300, distributed in 20 secondary schools in the region. They all have a bachelor’s degree, each year each year to participate in district, city, provincial training and meet the prescribed class hours. However, in the teaching staff, only two special teachers, a subject leader in Changzhou, Changzhou City, six backbone teachers. Obviously, this is out of proportion to the total number of language teachers. The 30 trainees participating in this course come from rural middle schools. Most of them work in a middle school from their work till now. However, most of the students in these schools have only 10 teachers and only 4 are fewer.
