一、研修依据常州市金坛区的初中语文教师有300名左右,分布于全区20所中学。他们均获得本科学历,每人每年均参加区、市、省级培训并达到规定课时。然而,在师资队伍中,只有2名特级教师、1名常州市学科带头人、6名常州市骨干教师。很显然,这与语文教师的总人数不成比例。参加本站研修的30名学员,都来自于乡村中学,大多从工作到现在就在一所中学任教,而这些学校的语文组最多的也只有10名教师,少的只有4名, First, the training basis Jintan District, Changzhou Junior high school language teachers have about 300, distributed in 20 secondary schools in the region.
