2005年4月21日,国家电网公司下发“[2005]253号关于印发《国家电网公司输变电优质工程评选办法(2005年版)》的通知”和“[2005]255号关于印发《国家电网公司输变电工程达标投产考核办法(2005版)》的通知”。在认真组织学习、研究这2个《办法》的基础上,就输变电工程达标投产和工程创优工作进行研讨,并提出落实措施。
