目的调查大庆油田员工心理健康状况并分析其影响因素,从而构建心理健康干预框架。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2772名大庆油田员工进行心理状况测评,与国内成人常模及性别变量之间进行对比。结果①调查对象各因子及平均分与国内常模对比,除躯体化分数高于常模(U=-5.36,P<0.001),其余均低于常模;②男女油田员工性别变量SCL-90平均值比较,具有显著性差异(U=-4.94,P<0.001),女性高于男性;③躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分男性均低于女性,具有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论①大庆油田员工心理健康状况相对于国内成年人常模而言,心理健康水平尚可;②大庆油田员工中,女性的心理健康水平低于男性,表现在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖7个方面。
Objective To investigate mental health of employees in Daqing Oilfield and analyze its influencing factors so as to construct mental health intervention framework. Methods The self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the psychological status of 2772 Daqing oilfield workers, and to compare with the norm of adult and gender in China. Results (1) The factors and mean scores of the surveyed subjects were lower than those of the norm, except the somatization scores were higher than the norm (U = -5.36, P <0.001) (U = -4.94, P <0.001), and women were higher than men. (3) Somatization, obsessive compulsive disorder, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and terror were lower in male than female, Significantly different (P <0.05 or P <0.001). Conclusion ①Mental health status of employees in Daqing Oilfield is comparable to that of domestic adults. Mental health status of Daqing Oilfield employees is lower than that of men, showing the characteristics of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal depression , Anxiety, hostility and terror 7 aspects.
