农村普通高中如何实现健康持续发展、树立自我品牌是一大难题。山东省平度市第二中学经过实践探索,走出了一条文化立校之路。其具体路径包括以下五方面:一是通过管理文化提升管理层次,以人为本,做到培养教师与培养学生相结合;二是体现教育本真的育人文化,立足学生,为促进学生特长发展提供平台;三是凝聚思想的科研文化,调动教师思维,深入开展教育科研;四是秉承历史的校史文化,盛世修史,史为今用,用以育人;其五是滋养心灵的课程文化,将课程文化资源作为学校文化建设的重要组成部分。
