对6例二氯乙烷(DCE)中毒性脑病患者的临床特点、影像特征及治疗过程进行分析总结。1,2-DCE中毒性脑病主要的神经系统表现为颅高压症状,明确的接触史及特征性影像学表现有助于诊断。早期、长程、足量使用糖皮质激素及脱水降颅压治疗,预后良好。 The clinical features, imaging features and the course of treatment of 6 patients with DCE poisoning encephalopathy were analyzed and summarized. 1,2-DCE toxic encephalopathy The main neurological manifestations of intracranial hypertension symptoms, a clear history of exposure and characteristic imaging findings contribute to the diagnosis. Early, long-term, adequate use of glucocorticoid and dehydration reduce intracranial pressure treatment, the prognosis is good.
