河北日报编辑部最近组织大家讨论了报道和文章的长短问题。大家普遍感到,目前报纸上的报道和文章一般偏长。不仅有些典型报道较长,许多一般的报道也嫌长,即使在有些看来相当短小的消息里水分也还不少。稿子长的原因很多:主要是思想认识问题。如:认为典型报道就得长,长才见得出分量;短消息上头条不相称;新闻要有指导性,就得写出经验来等等。也有写作水平方面的问题。如:有的作者愿意多写几个例子,供编辑看稿时删节,“留有余地”;有的是报道思想不明确,不能根据主题需要取舍材料等等。有的同志指出,长风往往是从编辑部刮起来的。 Hebei Daily recently organized the editorial department to discuss the length of articles and articles.
