传热管内的自动旋转螺旋线传热技术功能强,能实行在线、连续、自动除垢防垢,并能同时提高管程传热系数30%以上,而且成本低、通用性强,因而是防治传热设备结垢迄今最有效的新技术。本文扼要地介绍了该新技术的结构方案、工作原理、流体动力学试验和工业应用研究的数据资料与结果,还将该技术与国外现有的传热设备污垢防治技术作了比较与评估。
