本文介绍了体积成形整体物理模拟技术的实施方案和主要技术要点 ,以及将该项技术用于模拟研究曲轴等典型锻件的成形过程 ,测定了变形力、错移力和关键部位的应变分布 ,提出了优化工艺设计、提高锻件成形质量及减少模具和设备磨损的具体措施
In this paper, the implementation plan and main technical points of the bulk physical modeling technology are introduced, and the technique is used to simulate the forming process of the typical forgings such as crankshafts. The deformation force, the misalignment force and the strain distribution of the key parts are measured. To optimize the process design, improve the quality of forging forming and reduce the wear and tear of molds and equipment specific measures
