中国企业目前正经历另一场质变:股东们纷纷退出经理层,高薪聘请职业化的经理人从事经营管理活动。科龙集团的董事们纷纷退出了经理层;华帝提出“只要你干得比我好”而高薪聘请职业经理人:TCL集团聘请职业经理人吴士宏担任属下公司总经理等等,一时成为中国企业界的热门新闻。这种趋势表明:在现代市场经济环境中,作为规范市场主体的企业应由职业化的经理人或企业家来经营管理,真正实现所有权和经营权的分离。尽管还有很多人担心中国的经理人市场环境还不成熟,但职业化的经理人市场在中国仍然是大势所趋。
Chinese enterprises are currently undergoing another qualitative change: the shareholders have quit the manager, hired professional managers to engage in business management activities. Kelon Group executives have quit the manager; Vantage “as long as you are better than I ” and hired professional managers: TCL Group hired professional manager Wu Shihong as the company's general manager and so on, for a time to become Top news in Chinese business. This trend shows that in a modern market economy, enterprises that regulate market players should be run and managed by professional managers or entrepreneurs, and real separation of ownership and management rights should be realized. Although there are still many people worried about the market environment for Chinese managers is not yet mature, but the professional manager market in China is still the dominant trend.
