当前商海鱼龙混杂,生产制造商的产品和品牌意识还远远不如人意,诚信度还普遍不高,政府和社会对市场的法制监管力不够,劣质产品比比皆是。2006年~2007年,我们的供应商中出现问题的占31.4%,这意味着,货物需求存在着相当大的风险。在险象环生迷茫的市场中,作为采购采购服务单位及其从业人员可谓如履薄冰。因此,采购风险的提出和找到防范风险的措施,对我们抵御风险和减少风险有着现实的成本意义。
