平地机推土板参数对作业阻力的影响很大,关于如何优化平地机推土板的几何参数降低作业阻力的相关研究很少。借助离散元仿真软件,对平地机推土板工作过程进行仿真分析得到:当入土角度为39°,圆弧半径为500 mm,后板高度为200 mm时,作业阻力最小,比原推土板作业阻力降低8.8%;入土角度和圆弧半径对作业阻力有显著影响,后板高度对作业阻力无显著影响。
Grader bulldozing blade parameters have a great influence on working resistance, and there are few researches on how to optimize the geometrical parameters of grader bulldozing blade to reduce the working resistance. With the help of discrete element simulation software, the simulation analysis of the working process of the earth moving earthwork is as follows: when the earthing angle is 39 °, the arc radius is 500 mm and the height of the backplate is 200 mm, the working resistance is the smallest, Operational resistance decreased by 8.8%; entry angle and arc radius had a significant effect on work resistance, and no effect of work plate height on work resistance.
