目的 研究人盆部淋巴结淋巴细胞Mg2 + ATP酶、G 6 P酶、5′ Nase的定位与活性。方法 :采用电镜酶细胞化学方法观察 7例人盆部淋巴结淋巴细胞Mg2 + ATP酶、G 6 P酶、5′ Nase的定位与活性。结果 :Mg2 + ATP酶主要定位在淋巴细胞膜内侧 ,G 6 P酶主要定位在内质网、线粒体膜相结构 ,5′ Nase定位在细胞膜外表面。结论 :3种酶定位准确 ,颗粒清晰 ,酶反应特异性强。应用电镜酶细胞化学方法可以检测酶活性变化 ,对判定机体免疫状态及对临床诊断与治疗具有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the localization and activity of Mg2 + ATPase, G 6 Pase and 5 ’Nase in human lymph node lymphoid cells. Methods: The localization and activity of Mg2 + ATPase, G6Pase and 5 ’Nase in 7 cases of human pelvic lymphoid lymphocytes were observed by electron microscopy. Results: The main localization of Mg2 + ATPase was in the inner membrane of lymphocytes. G 6 P enzyme mainly localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial membrane structure, and 5 ’Nase was located on the outer surface of the cell membrane. Conclusion: The three kinds of enzymes have the advantages of accurate positioning, clear particles and strong specificity of enzyme reaction. Electron microscopy enzyme cytochemical method can detect changes in enzyme activity, to determine the immune status and clinical diagnosis and treatment of some significance.
