跨国经营,是搞活大中型国营企业的关键一环,是我国对外开放事业向纵深发展的必然趋势。11月2日,“中国企业跨国经营政策研讨会”在北京对外经济贸易大学举行。这次会议是由国务院研究室、对外经济贸易大学、经贸部合作司与《管理世界》杂志社,联合发起的。参加这次会议的代表来自已经国务院批准组建的55家紧密型企业集团,34家对外经济贸 Transnational operations are the key to invigorating large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and are an inevitable trend for the development of China’s opening-up to the depth. On November 2nd, the “Seminar on Chinese Enterprises’ Multinational Management Policies” was held at the Beijing University of International Business and Economics. The conference was initiated by the State Council Research Office, the University of International Business and Economics, the Department of Cooperation of the Ministry of Economics and Trade, and the “Management World” magazine. Representatives from the conference came from 55 closely-organized enterprise groups that have been approved by the State Council, and 34 foreign trade companies.
