“学习型企业是未来成功企业的模式”这一科学论断,日益为越来越多的企业决策者所认可、所拥护。但目前对学习型企业理论也存在着认识误区,主要表现在:(一)认为“学习型企业理论不适应企业现有的管理模式”(二)认为“学习型企业理论无济于当前企业的脱困”。这两种认识误区是当前不少企业决策者创建学习型企业实践所面临的最大的困惑,必须予以澄清。对于认识误区(一)来说,是没有认识到学习型企业的本质内涵,即“当今企业竞争的实质是学习力的竞争。
The scientific thesis that “learning-oriented enterprises are the model of successful enterprises in the future” is increasingly recognized by and supported by more and more enterprise policy makers. However, there are misunderstandings in the theory of learning-oriented enterprises at present, mainly in the following aspects: (1) They think that “the theory of learning-based enterprises does not meet the existing management mode of enterprises” (2) They think that “the theory of learning- Get out of sleep. ” These two misunderstandings are the biggest confusion confronting many corporate decision makers in creating learning-based enterprises and they must be clarified. For the misunderstanding (a), it is not aware of the essence of learning-oriented enterprises, that is, "the essence of today’s business competition is the competitiveness of learning.
