3.1 INTRODUCTION Several approaches to conduct that may be accepted by the facilities for the teaching of electrical and magnetic fundamentals are taken into account during the Committee’s deliberations. Two of these are out in greater detail and will now be recapitulated here as the third part of the present report. These two syllabuses represent the best thinking of the Commission, but are absolutely unwilling to assert themselves for any inspiration. From one of these two basic syllabus, an experienced teacher will introduce many acceptable variations. In order to be easy to understand, the two outline are very detailed narrative.
