黄岑为唇形科植物黄岑(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)的干燥根,研究对离体组织培养条件下诱导获得的黄岑四倍体株系,在进行田间农艺性状的观察比较的同时,用高效液相色谱测定了20个黄岑四倍体株系中黄岑苷的含量。结果表明:在供试的20个黄岑四倍体株系中,有1个株系的黄岑苷含量高于二倍体,大部分与二倍体接近,但多倍体株系的根部产量明显大于二倍体,因此从大部分株系的有效成分黄岑苷生产量看,大多数四倍体明显优于二倍体。这一结果为今后进一步选育产量高、黄岑苷含量高的优良黄岑品种展示了较好的前景。
Astragalus membranaceus is a dry root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, a plant of the labiatae family, and studies the comparison of agronomic traits in the field with the efficient observation of the aphid-tetraploid strains induced in tissue culture conditions in vitro. The content of baicalin in 20 tetraploid strains was determined by liquid chromatography. The results showed that among 20 tested tetraploid strains, one strain had higher baicalin content than diploid, most of which were close to diploid, but the root of the polyploid strain. The yield was significantly greater than that of the diploid, so most tetraploids were significantly better than diploids in terms of baicalin production of most strains. This result will provide good prospects for the future breeding of excellent yellow rice varieties with high yield and high baicalin content.
