羊水栓塞是发生在分娩过程中羊水物质进入母血循环引起肺栓塞、休克、DIC等一系列严重症状的综合征。本文从病理形态学、传统的诊断方法、特殊APM染色及免疫组化四方面对羊水栓塞的病理诊断的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为法医学尸体检验与鉴定工作及进一步的研究提供新的方法或思路。
Amniotic fluid embolism occurs in the process of delivery of amniotic fluid substances into the maternal circulation caused by pulmonary embolism, shock, DIC and a series of serious symptoms of syndrome. This article reviews the progress of the pathological diagnosis of amniotic fluid embolism from the aspects of pathomorphology, traditional diagnostic methods, special APM staining and immunohistochemistry in order to provide a new method for the examination and identification of forensic medicine and further research Or ideas.
