绩效工资主要是以实际的、最终的劳动成果确定员工薪酬的工资制度,是建立在科学的工资标准和管理程序基础上的工资体系。绩效工资以对职工绩效的有效考核为基础,实现将工资与考核结果相挂钩,其理论基础是“以绩取酬”。地勘单位根据系统的绩效考核办法,利用绩效工资对绩优者和绩劣者进行收入调节,从而不断激发职工的积极性,努力实现地勘单位发展目标。
Performance pay is mainly based on the actual and final results of the workforce to determine the salary system, is based on scientific wage standards and management procedures based on the wage system. The performance pay is based on an effective examination of the performance of employees and is linked to the result of the examination. The theoretical basis is “pay for performance”. According to the systematic performance appraisal methods, the geological exploration units make use of the performance pay to adjust the incomes of the high-performing and those with poor performance so as to continuously inspire the enthusiasm of the staff and strive to achieve the development objectives of the geological exploration units.
