生物质直燃发电在我国刚刚起步,面临着建设成本和运行成本居高不下的困境,这对生物质直燃发电产业的健康持续发展是不利的,需要国家在电价、税收政策等方面给予扶持。文章运用算例测算了生物质直燃发电上网电价的构成,并通过敏感性因素分析了发电利用小时数、燃料成本和总投资变化对上网电价的影响,提出了有效降低上网电价应当采取的相关措施。
Biomass direct-fired power generation in China has just started, facing the dilemma of high construction and operating costs, which is detrimental to the healthy and sustainable development of biomass direct-fired power generation industry and requires the state to provide support in the aspects of electricity price and taxation policies . In this paper, an example is used to calculate the composition of direct-fired biomass feed-in electricity, and the influence of generation utilization hours, fuel costs and total investment on feed-in tariffs is analyzed by sensitivity analysis.
