随着现代信息技术的快速发展,数字化校园的普及,高职院校档案管理工作也越来越多的运用现代信息技术进行现代化管理。档案信息化是信息化校园建设全面推进的必然结果,更是高职院校档案管理工作的必然趋势。文章提出要从档案管理制度规范化、档案管理的软硬件环境及档案管理队伍三个方面加强高职院校档案管理信息化建设工作,充分发挥档案信息的价值,为广大师生及社会服务。
With the rapid development of modern information technology, the popularization of digital campus, and the archives management in higher vocational colleges, more and more modern information technology is being used to modernize management. Archives informationization is the inevitable result of all-round advance of informationized campus construction, and moreover, it is an inevitable trend of archives management in higher vocational colleges. The paper proposes to strengthen the information management of file management in higher vocational colleges from three aspects of standardization of file management system, software and hardware environment of file management and file management team, give full play to the value of file information and serve the broad masses of teachers and students and the society.
