增噬力酸是我院药剂科从中药马兜铃科属青木香中提制的马兜铃化合物,与国外的Tardolyt稍有不同,除含马兜铃酸Ⅰ外尚有马兜铃酸Ⅱ和Ⅲ。它具有增强细胞免疫和吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,是一种非特异性主动免疫药物。用于肿瘤、白血病的放疗和化疗,能提升花环形成率,保护白细胞和防治感染。本文就晚期肿瘤44例和白血病15例经放疗、化疗合用增噬力酸后对花环形成率、DNCB皮试、白细胞计数的影响,初步报道于后。一、病种:晚期肿瘤44例中,宫颈癌20例;耳鼻喉科肿瘤有鼻咽癌6例,上颌窦癌3例,喉癌1例,扁桃体癌4例:其他如肺癌4例,恶性淋巴瘤3例,胃癌、卵巢癌、恶性葡萄胎各1例。白血病15例中,急淋5例,急粒4例,急单核3例,组织细胞性1例,慢粒急变2例。二、给药剂量和方法:增噬力酸日量0.9毫克(每片0.16毫克),一次顿服,疗程根据治疗需要而定,最长10个月,内1例曾服Tardolyt。

In this paper, 44 cases of advanced tumors and 15 cases of leukemia by radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with hyaluronic acid on the formation rate of rosette, DNCB skin test, white blood cell count, the initial report in the post. First, the disease: 44 cases of advanced cancer, cervical cancer in 20 cases; otolaryngology tumor nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 6 cases, maxillary sinus cancer in 3 cases, laryngeal cancer in 1 case, 4 cases of tonsillar carcinoma: others such as lung cancer in 4 cases, malignant Lymphoma in 3 cases, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, malignant mole in 1 case. In 15 cases of leukemia, 5 cases were acutely infused, 4 cases were acute, 3 cases were acute mononuclear, 1 case was cellular and 2 cases were chronic myogenic abruption. Second, the dose and method: daily acid dosage of 0.9 mg (0.16 mg per tablet), a Dayton clothing, treatment according to treatment needs, up to 10 months, 1 case had served Tardolyt.
