本文初步探讨了丁二酸(Butanedioic acid,Succinic acid)对动物机体特异性与非特异性功能的影响。大鼠与家兔每日ip丁二酸1 mM(118mg)/kg2.5mM(295mg)/kg或5mM(590mg)/kg, 连注7日,可见白细胞数於第4日即明显增高,但以第8日为最显著。在白细胞数增加的同时,一些家兔白细胞吞噬率亦有提高现象,但大鼠则不明显。在特异性皮肤反应实验中ip丁二酸5mg/kg,48小时内连用4次,或每日注射1次,连用两周,对家兔可见丁二酸能抑制被动及主动皮肤过敏反应,并能减少动物血清IgE抗体形成。
