应用小鼠抗大鼠T细胞亚群单克隆抗体荧光标记流式细胞仪分析技术,观察BERH_2肝瘤大鼠和不同对照组大鼠T细胞亚群。并在此基础上探讨了不同免疫疗法对荷瘤大鼠体内免疫调节和抗肿瘤效应。结果表明,荷瘤大鼠T细胞亚群变化同肿瘤生长、扩散有关。单纯给于IFN、IL-2和5-Fu对BERH_2肝癌抑制作用不明显。联合应用能选择性抑制T_S细胞功能,具有增强免疫力,去除免疫抑制和直接抑制肿瘤转移等多重抗肿瘤作用。是抗肿瘤治疗一个有价值方案。
The mouse anti-rat T cell subpopulation monoclonal antibody fluorescence labeling flow cytometry analysis technique was used to observe T cell subsets in rats with BERH2 liver tumor and different control groups. On this basis, the immunomodulatory and antitumor effects of different immunotherapy treatments on tumor-bearing rats were explored. The results showed that the changes of T cell subsets in tumor-bearing rats were related to tumor growth and proliferation. The effects of IFN, IL-2, and 5-Fu alone on the inhibition of BERH2 liver cancer were not obvious. Combined application can selectively inhibit the function of T_S cells, have multiple anti-tumor effects such as enhancing immunity, removing immunosuppression and directly inhibiting tumor metastasis. It is a valuable program for anti-tumor therapy.
