价值不是自然事物的属性,而是人们在实践中形成的一种客观对象与人的关系。人与对象的价值关系的形成途径是多种多样的,与人们的实践水平密切相关。物质产品生产越来越精神化。价值创造在现代社会与任何活动一样都有一个提高效率和效益的问题。为了有效地进行创造价值的活动,做好制度的安排和观念的引导是至为重要的。其中处理好价值创造的投入产出比例,社会管理的限度,国家与社会之间的关系这三项原则性的问题,是建立高效率社会的关键。
Value is not a property of natural things, but an objective object and human relationship formed by people in practice. The way of forming the value relationship between human and object is diverse and closely related to people’s practical level. Material production more and more spiritual. Value creation has the same issue of efficiency and effectiveness as any activity in modern society. In order to effectively carry out value-creating activities, it is of paramount importance to have a systematic arrangement and guidance of concepts. The three principles of dealing with the proportion of input-output created by value creation, the limits of social management, and the relationship between the state and the society are the keys to establishing an efficient society.
