为了分析微课应用在高职护理专业学生内科护理学教学中的效果。随机抽取我校护理专业的两个班级,一个班级为对照组,另外一个为观察组,对照组实行常规教学方式,观察组实行微课教学方式,对比两个班级期末学习成绩和学生对教学模式的满意度。观察组学生期末学习成绩整体优于对照组学生,且学生对教学模式的满意度高,数据间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将微课应用在高职护理专业学生内科护理学教学中,不仅能够有效激发学生学习兴趣,还可提升学生实践操作能力,有利于促进学生全面发展,值得在高职护理专业中推广。
In order to analyze the effect of micro-class application in medical nursing teaching in higher vocational nursing students. We randomly selected two classes of nursing specialty in our school. One class was the control group, the other one was the observation group. The control group was given routine teaching method. The observation group implemented the micro-class teaching method. Comparing the final grades of two classes and the students’ Satisfaction. The students in the observation group had better overall academic performance at the end of the year than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of the students with the teaching model was high. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P <0.05). Applying the micro-class in the teaching of medical nursing in higher vocational nursing students can not only effectively stimulate the students’ interest in learning, but also improve students’ ability of practical operation, which helps to promote students’ all-round development and is worth popularizing in higher vocational nursing.
