目的识别、分析与评价某聚酯薄膜有限公司建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,探讨防护对策和管理措施。方法通过收集整理相关资料、现场调研、工程分析和职业病危害识别,采用类比法与综合分析进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有生产性粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温、热辐射等。类比检测结果为粉尘、二氧化碳、二氧化氮浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准,氢氧化钠浓度超过国家职业卫生限值标准;后岗牵引、粉碎区2个测定点的噪声声级值超出国家标准;除横拉-热固定、挤出线-熔融巡检岗位外,其余所测巡检岗位的高温WBGT指数均超过国家标准;前岗横拉入口、分切操作台、粉碎区3个场所的照明值为67.2~92.7lx,不符合《建筑照明设计标准》(GB 50034-2004)的限值要求。结论该建设项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。从职业病防治角度分析,该项目的建设可行。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and hazards of a polyester film project and to discuss the countermeasures and management measures. Methods By collecting relevant information, field investigation, engineering analysis and identification of occupational hazards, pre-evaluation of occupational hazards was conducted by analogy and comprehensive analysis. Results The occupational hazards in this project include productive dust, poison, noise, high temperature and heat radiation. The results of analog test showed that dust, carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide concentrations all met the national occupational health standards and the sodium hydroxide concentration exceeded the national occupational health limit standard. The noise sound level values of the two measuring points in the post-traction and crushing zone exceeded the national standards. In addition to horizontal pull - heat fixation, extrusion line - melting inspection post, the remaining high temperature WBGT index inspection positions are more than the national standard; front post horizontal pull entrance, sub-station console, shredding area 3 lighting Value of 67.2 ~ 92.7lx, does not meet the “architectural lighting design standards” (GB 50034-2004) limit requirements. Conclusion The construction project is a construction project with a heavy occupational hazard. From the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control, the construction of the project is feasible.
