目的:总结分析新生儿出血的CT特点,以提高诊断正确性。方法:分析84例资料齐全的新生儿颅内出血的CT表现,出血类型和临床意义.结果:蛛网膜下腔出血72例,其中单纯蛛网膜下腔出血45例,与缺氧缺血性脑病并存者27例;脑内出血8例;脑室内出血2例;硬膜下血肿2例.结论:新生儿颅内出血适时的CT检查大多具有典型表现,但蛛网膜下腔出血有时可有假阴性,并应与纵裂,直窦相鉴别。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the CT features of neonatal hemorrhage to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods: CT findings, bleeding types and clinical significance of 84 cases of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage with complete data were analyzed.Results: 72 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, including 45 cases of simple subarachnoid hemorrhage, coexisted with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy 27 cases, intracerebral hemorrhage in 8 cases, intraventricular hemorrhage in 2 cases and subdural hematoma in 2 cases.Conclusion: Most of the CT examination of intracranial hemorrhage in neonates is typical, but subarachnoid hemorrhage may sometimes have false negative and should And longitudinal split, straight sinus phase identification.
