山西省晋城市城区地税管理局在日前地税系统开展的思想作风、廉洁自律大整顿中,以地说公共关系实践活动为突破,充分调动一切积极因素,通过解决“七个问题”,处理好“七个关系”。晋城市城区地税管理局针对社会反映强烈的极少数税务干部作风浮夸、思想消极、为税不廉、疏于管理、自由主义、税收执法不到位和事不关己高高挂起等七个敏感问题,在全局范围内进行教育整顿。通过这次教育整顿,提高干部的政治素质和业务水平,处理好经济与税收、执法与任务、垂直领导与地方领导、本单位与外单位、地税工作与企业发展、征纳双方、作风纪律整顿与全局工作等七个方面的关系,以提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,为晋城市全面建设小康社会做贡献。
